Heirloom Events

For our Courtyard Collection we have created a bright refined look, including 6 - 8’ tables with a sweetheart table draped in our off white cotton blend tablecloths, white wood chairs, blush napkins, assorted vintage flatware, and our French Bead China line. For the glassware we have selected our Schott Zwiesel Pure 13 oz wine glass and champagne flute that will be accompanied by our French Tumblers. Specialty tableware may be added or replaced for additional fees. This collection will also include a wine barrel bar, three cocktail tables with matching tablecloths for your cocktail hour, 4 patio heaters, a cake table, a gift and sign in table for your guests and complete set-up and breakdown services. Other specialty items are available to add to this package for an additional fee. Rental prices for this package begin at $2,300. For additional information please email heidi@heirloomevents.com .

Garden Valley Ranch

This package will include access to the Carriage House area, the use of changing suites, and use of the catering kitchen. A 12 hour rental period with access to the property at 10 am with a 5 hour event window. Additional time will be available on a $/per hour basis. Music must be off by 9 pm with guests leaving the property by 10 pm. Prices begin at $10,500.Please email events@gardenvalley.com for additional information.  

Catering and Floral

For the Courtyard package we also have also included catering service by Preferred Sonoma Caterers, who will be offering a Cocktail Hour with Dinner starting at $105 per person.
