Reservations
A credit card is required at time of reservation in lieu of a deposit. All items must be paid in full prior to delivery or when picked up by the customer. The rental charges can either be charged to the credit card on file, or you may pay by check or cash prior to delivery.
Rental Rates
Rental rates are for a 3-day rental period. Weekend rentals are generally Friday through Monday. We also have longer rental periods if needed. Rental charges apply whether equipment is used or not.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be made five days prior to the event to avoid a service fee of 50% of the original rental rate.
All cancellations or reductions made within three days of delivery or pick up will be charged 100% of the rental rate.
Cleaning Procedures
Linen must be returned in good condition, not laundered, but free of rips, burns, excessive soil or any damage that would prevent us from renting it again after normal laundering. Please return linen in the laundry bags provided.
China, glassware, flatware, and food preparation equipment must be rinsed free of food. Please do not put silver in dishwasher. Barbecues must be cool and empty. A cleaning fee equal to 100% of the rental charge will be assessed on items not meeting the above conditions.
Lost or Damaged Items
Responsibility for all rental items remain with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of return.
Full replacement cost will be charged to the credit card on file for damaged or missing items.
Delivery and Pick Up Service
The price of delivery varies with location. Items are delivered a reasonable distance from our truck. Unless prior arrangement has been made for setup and breakdown, items are left stacked. Place re-stacked items in same location prior to pick up. Flights of stairs, any special carrying, and unscheduled setup or take-down will result in an additional fee. Arrangements need to be made at time of reservation.
